What are the requirements?
These programs are designed to provide medication free, or at a reduced cost to those who:

Do not have insurance coverage for outpatient prescription medications. Note: some companies provide assistance to Medicare Part-D participants.

Do not qualify for government or third party programs that provide prescription medication coverage, such as Medicaid.

Have an income level that causes hardship when prescription medications are purchased. This varies and is determined by each pharmaceutical company. Usually it is 200% of the Federal Poverty Level which is $20,800. and under for a single individual and $42,400. and under for a family of 4.

Be a Resident of the United States
