Community Outreach     Our organization offers a range of services depending on the 

                                            needs of the organization and target population.  We provide     

                                            inservices and presentations to various city and county agencies,

                                            clinics and other community-based organizations.  We can offer on-

                                            site support to work directly with clients.  Contact us to discuss

 Community Education       Our organization participates in community health and wellness

                                             events such as health faires and will do presentations at venues

                                             such as senior centers. We will do presentations in any forum which

                              helps to educate and empower those in need.

 Website        Our site is designed to help individuals access the Patient Assistant Programs so that they can obtain  

                       the medications they need.  You can search our site to see if medications are available. 

                       We update our site regularly to reflect the most current information .

• Published criteria, when available,  so that you can determine if you meet the pharmaceutical company’s basic requirements. You then can contact our organization through the Contact Us on our Welcome page. We will then gather the information we need to determine if you qualify. If you qualify there is a one time administrative fee of $17.00.

We will do a comprehensive  assessment to determine if the medication is available and if the patient may qualify. 

We will connect the indivdual to other programs if they do not qualify to recieve their medication  free.  We will send everything needed to apply either via the post office or you can download and print from your email account. We will provide ongoing support if questions or problems arise.
